About
This site goes with the webinar Expert Evidence in Hong Kong Arbitration: A View from the Tribunal, Counsel and Experts, part of the Keating Chambers International Webinar Series. The webinar is held online on Monday 9 November 2026 at 9am UK time, 5pm in Hong Kong. The panel is Philip Boulding KC (chair and moderator), Simon Hughes KC, Peter Brogden and Mercy Milgo of Keating Chambers; Mike Allen, Managing Director, Secretariat; and Ben Bury, Director, General Counsel, Gammon Construction Limited.
The site follows the talk segment by segment. Each segment page has the points made, the passages quoted and the authorities relied on. The checklist gathers what each side wants from its expert. The slides are the deck used on the day. The slides for Mike Allen and Ben Bury set out topics and questions for them to speak to; they do not state their views.
